What will the limited edition coffee taste like?
This micro-lot is sourced and roasted exclusively for Balance Card members.
Expect rich, indulgent notes of boozy cherry, stone fruit, almond, and dark chocolate - a one-time batch you won’t find anywhere else.
When does my card become active?
Your card value activates on 1st October 2025.
This allows us to source, roast and ship your limited edition coffee release.
When will I get my free products?
We will ship 1x Balance branded ceramic mug + 1x limited edition coffee around the 1st October via a 48H tracked delivery service.
How do I redeem my credit?
This membership is processed through our launch checkout, so it won’t appear in your existing Balance Coffee account.
Don’t worry - your credit and perks are still tracked and will be automatically applied to your regular account by 1st October.
You’ll receive instructions by email from our team before activation.
Can the discount and credit be applied to my existing subscription?
Yes - both the discount and credit can be applied to your existing subscription.
Your discount adjusts the subscription price, and any credit will be used automatically until it runs out.
Why is this a limited time offer?
As we enter our next chapter, we’re releasing just 500 cards (300 Core, 150 Plus, 50 Elite).
This one-time release is designed to thank and reward our community with exclusive perks and access that will never return.
Can I combine my lifetime discount with promos
No, unfortunately your lifetime discount does not combine with other offers or promotions.
You can choose to use either your card discount or a separate promotion, whichever gives you the best value at checkout
Can I gift a card to someone else?
Yes - you can purchase a card in someone else’s name.
Just email our team at orders@balancecoffee.co.uk after checkout and we’ll transfer ownership to the recipient.
Why can’t I sign into my account at checkout?
We’re using a new launch checkout for this membership release, so you won’t be able to sign into your existing Balance Coffee account during purchase. Please complete checkout as normal.
By 1st October 2025, we’ll migrate your details and automatically apply your credit, perks, and rewards to your main Balance account - no action needed from you.
