Your card activates on 1st October 2025. This gives us time to prepare and ship your limited-edition coffee, and make sure everything is ready for launch.
For Plus and Elite members, it also allows us to organise the ceramic mug pre-orders and schedule the exclusive roastery tour dates.
Every tier includes store credit plus a limited-edition coffee crafted just for members.
Higher tiers add extra perks - like lifetime discounts, a hand-crafted ceramic mug, and even a private roastery tour.

From October 1st, your credit will be applied directly to your account via a unique code.

Yes - both the discount and credit can be applied to your existing subscription.
Your discount adjusts the subscription price, and any credit will be used automatically until it runs out.
We’re using a new launch checkout for this membership release, so you won’t be able to sign into your existing Balance Coffee account during purchase. Please complete checkout as normal.
By 1st October 2025, we’ll migrate your details and automatically apply your credit, perks, and rewards to your main Balance account - no action needed from you.
